We run bdmelbet.com as an independent guide to Melbet in Bangladesh. We are not the operator, we hold no accounts on your behalf, and we cannot see your balance, your bets or your withdrawal requests.
That distinction decides who you should write to. Two lists below: ours for anything about this site, the operator’s for anything about your money.
Write to us about the site
Use this address for:
- A figure on this site that no longer matches the platform — a limit, a bonus ceiling, a fee
- A screenshot that has gone out of date after an interface update
- A broken link or a page that will not load
- A correction, with a source we can check
- Press and content enquiries
We read everything and reply within two working days. Corrections get priority: if a number here is wrong, we would rather know today than have a reader deposit on it tomorrow.
What we cannot do: unblock an account, chase a payout, cancel a bonus, or contact the operator on your behalf. Those requests need the second list.
Write to Melbet about your account
These channels belong to the operator, Pelican Entertainment B.V. We publish them because the right address saves days.
| Your question | Where it goes |
|---|---|
| Deposit, withdrawal, bonus, general account | [email protected] |
| Account blocked or restricted | [email protected] |
| Suspected unauthorised access, fraud | [email protected] |
| Affiliate programme | [email protected] |
| Betting shop partnership | [email protected] |
| Becoming a payment agent | [email protected] |
| Phone support | +44 203 807 7601 |
The dialling code is British, not Bangladeshi — the operator runs one support desk across many markets. Live chat inside your account is usually faster than e-mail for anything time-sensitive.
Before writing about a missing bonus, check the three conditions on our registration page. Most cases resolve there without a ticket.

Telegram, Facebook and Instagram links sit in the footer of every page. We post interface changes, limit updates and corrections there first.
